PLEASE NOTE:
LATE POLICY: In ensuring you have an efficient and wonderful experience. We ask that you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. We allow a 15 minute window, after 15 minutes a $15 late fee will automatically be applied to your balance. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
- NEW CLIENTS: A credit card is now required to confirm your appointment. (You will not be charged until after your appt , unless the service selected requires a deposit.) Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In any case you can not make it to your appointment, please notify us atleast 8 hours in advance and your deposit paid can go towards your future appointment. If you call/cancel within the 8 hour period (late cancellation) your card will be automatically charged $25. Failure to call (NO SHOW) will automatically result in a $50 charge to your card.
- MICROBLADING AND EYELASH BOOKINGS: A credit card is required for booking.
- ALL MICROBLADING and/or EYELASH EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In any case you can not make it to your appointment, please notify us 8 hours in advance and your deposit paid can go towards your future appointment.
- All scheduled appointments are confirmed in advance via phone, email and/or text. WALK INS ARE WELCOMED THURSDAY-SATURDAY IF TIME PERMITS. (Call 770-558-9298 before you come to avoid long waiting.) Walk-Ins and appointments made via phone cannot request a specific stylist. To request a specific stylist your appointment must be booked online. Clients with confirmed scheduled appointments are always our first priority!!
CANCELLATION: We require an 8-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations & No Shows will be charged $25.00 late cancellation fee /$50.00 No Show fee. This fee will automatically be added to your total or billed to the credit card listed on file. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In any case you can not make it to your appointment, please notify us 8 hours in advance and your deposit paid can go towards your future appointment.
